World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Customer Service/Dispatch team. As the first point of contact, you play a vital role in helping customers during stressful situations and ensuring fast, reliable service.
No towing experience required — paid training provided!
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver calm, professional customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions
- Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately
- Provide service updates and estimated arrival times
- Communicate with drivers and coordinate responses
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
· Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
· Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
