Housekeeper (travel and clean offices) must have car

• Janitorial Independent Contractors (office cleaning) MUST HAVE RELIABLE CAR

JWe need a person to do about 18 small offices that are 1 x a month clean

Each office is about a 20-30 min clean.

and 1 small office 2x a week in Caruthersville.

Outside of the 2x a week, the entire route can be easily done in 1 weekend.

Total clean hours are 14 cleaning hours per month

Total Travel hours are 10 per month

Pay is $800 a month

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.

• Maintain cleanliness in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to maintain the appearance of floors.
• Handle custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with residential painting projects as needed to enhance facility aesthetics.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the building.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong ability to maintain cleanliness standards in various environments.
• Familiarity with floor care methods, including buffing and waxing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
