RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with customers and determine service and repair needs
- Present and sell recommended maintenance and repairs
- Maximize every repair order while maintaining excellent customer service
- Meet dealership and OEM performance goals
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Monitor vehicle progress, technician workflow, parts and completion times
- Utilize dealership software, texting tools and required processes
- Build strong customer relationships and increase satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dealertrack experience preferred
- Xtime and ASR Pro experience helpful
