EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE
World Kia Joliet is looking for an experienced BDC Representative who knows how to handle VOLUME.
We have a high volume of internet leads, phone opportunities and customer inquiries every day, and we need someone who is comfortable working fast, staying organized and consistently setting appointments.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with automotive BDC experience, strong phone skills and experience managing a busy lead pipeline.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous automotive BDC or dealership experience
- Experience working a high volume of leads
- Strong appointment-setting and follow-up skills
- Excellent phone, text and email communication
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and competitive mindset
- VinSolutions experience is a plus
