Junior Financial Advisor
Position Objective
The Junior Financial Advisor will support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to clients. This role will help the ideal candidate develop foundational advisory skills while progressing toward lead advisor responsibilities.

Junior Financial Advisor
Position Objective
The Junior Financial Advisor will support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to clients. This role will help the ideal candidate develop foundational advisory skills while progressing toward lead advisor responsibilities.
Typical Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial plans, investment proposals, and client review materials
- Conduct data gathering, analysis, and client onboarding activities
- Support portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and implementation of investment strategies
- Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and planning software
- Conduct research on investments, financial planning strategies, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with RIA policies and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services or client-facing roles
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Progress toward CFP® designation preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and client service orientation
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced advisory environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Money Guide Pro, Tamarack, Junxure, Redtail)
