About the Role

We’re hiring a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support our elite team of originators. This role is not about pushing paper—it’s about precision, speed, and flawless execution. You'll support our innovative lending strategies that help Veterans achieve exceptional outcomes through advanced loan structuring.

What You’ll Do

• Manage loan files with zero errors and total accountability

• Deliver white-glove communication to clients and referral partners

• Support loan officers in structuring deals, disclosures, and compliance

• Master VA guidelines and anticipate hurdles before they happen

• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing to hit every deadline

• Keep clients informed with proactive updates and 5-star service

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners
• Coordinate new construction loans and communicate draw schedules with builders
• Support complex refinance strategies and loan structures

Qualifications

✅ 2 years as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer (required)

✅ NMLS license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

✅ Knowledge of origination underwriting (VA experience is a plus)

✅ Elite communication customer service skills relationship management

✅ Tech-savvy and fast with multiple lender sysetms (LOS/CRM tools)

✅ Obsessed with organization, speed, and problem-solving

✅ Self-starter, zero excuses mindset, thrives in high-performance culture

✅ Wholesale/broker experience preferred (managing multiple lender relationships)

✅ New construction loan experience a plus

✅ Real estate agent relationship management experience

✅ Experience with complex loan scenarios and refinance strategies
