Restaurant Manager - World Famous Oasis

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training, and developing team members to deliver outstanding food service experiences
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Handle cash handling procedures, POS system management (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and financial reporting accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, quality control, and efficient service delivery
• Foster a positive team environment through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Skills

• Proven management skills, supervising teams, and staff training & development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and kitchen management
• Demonstrated leadership in managing restaurant operations during shifts

Pay: $54,340.00 - $62,980.00 per year
