Restaurant Manager – Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant staff through effective training and coaching
- Oversee daily operations and shift management to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and food production processes to reduce waste and maximize profitability
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and accurate financial reporting
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, quality control, and efficient service
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment through ongoing coaching, communication, and performance evaluations
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven management experience with strong leadership, team supervision, and staff development abilities
- Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations and lead teams during high‑volume shifts
Pay: $54,340.00 - $62,980.00 per year
