What You'll Own
- Complete customer-facing environment - from front desk to gym floor, you'll ensure every detail creates wow moments
- Staff leadership and culture development - work directly with our General Manager to build a team that's both professional and fun-loving
- Instant customer connection - greet families with enthusiasm, get down on kids' level, and make everyone feel truly seen
- Environmental excellence - maintain our high standards using our comprehensive facility awareness systems
- Social media storytelling - capture and share the magic happening in our gym through Instagram stories and posts
- Decision-making authority - we need someone who isn't afraid to make calls that enhance the customer experience
- Natural leader with management experience who earns respect through positive energy and competence
- Customer-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences

- Available for our key times: Must be available for evenings Monday through Thursday and Saturday Morning, plus some weekday mornings
