Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse / Operations team member to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from receiving and sorting shipments, picking and packing and assembling custom products. This will be a dual role in our company, you will be splitting time between our shipping & receiving department and assembly department. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate in our warehouse safely. You will be part of a collaborative team, where communication and teamwork are key to achieving daily goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload a variety of incoming goods and materials.
- Sort and organize products in the warehouse efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assembling custom product by hand or with our machinery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Basic math skills and ability to use inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
