What You’ll Do:
CNC Machinist (Level 1)
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Use gauges and tools to ensure top-tier quality.
- Read blueprints and follow machining procedures.
- Perform basic maintenance and keep your workspace safe and clean.
- Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.
CNC Machinist (Level 2)
- Operate CNC lathes and mills in a production cell environment.
- Load and unload parts across multiple machines with efficiency and care.
- Machine parts to tolerances tighter than 0.001 inches.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T and section/detail views.
- Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
CNC Machinist (Level 3)
- Run a wide variety of jobs across the shop floor with flexibility and confidence.
- Perform changeovers on similar jobs within a specific cell.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make basic edits to G&M code.
- Perform rework operations and make tool/work offsets independently.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with your team and support continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior CNC machining experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of gauges, tooling, and shop math.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
