Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Customer Care Agent, Planet Ford 45, Spring TX.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Deliver all sold vehicles to customers with an emphasis placed on complete customer satisfaction by explaining the dealership’s philosophy and customer viewpoint questionnaire
- Ensure all customer license plates are installed & delivered
- Verify all customers are introduced to the service department & the first service appointment has been set
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed within 24 hours
- Ensure all supplies are accounted for, properly stocked and are in a clean orderly manner
Compensation Plan:
- Hourly wage
