World Academy seeks an innovative elementary educator to deliver an established curriculum for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities include delivering content, engaging students in active learning, differentiating instruction, fostering critical thinking, and maintaining positive, professional communication with students and families. The teacher will support students in developing the knowledge and skills needed to become successful, contributing global citizens.
The ideal elementary candidate will teach core subjects, including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and possess a valid teaching certification in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or a state with reciprocity. Certification should be in Elementary Education (K–5 or K–8).
The candidate will create a classroom environment that promotes active, meaningful learning and adapts instruction to meet student needs. They will collaborate regularly with colleagues to align curriculum, support positive behavior practices, and contribute to school initiatives such as field trips and extracurricular activities. Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, and staff are essential.
