Requirements
- This position requires high attention to detail and quality.
- This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work weekends, when needed.
- Must follow directions well.
- Good attendance is a must.
- Associate will assist in all phases of shipping and receiving processes in the Hi-Bay area.
- Associate must be able to repetitiously lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Associate must be able to load and unload trailers, staging orders in trailers and pallets based on the carriers.
- Associate needs to demonstrate quality communication and organization.
- Associate must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
- Energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Primary responsibilities will be shrink-wrapping palletized products, utilizing the shrink-wrap machine plus loading trailers on the shipping dock as needed.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of always sharing with visitors.
