The Senior Title Examiner will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Search public records and examine property titles to determine legal condition of title.
- Review title commitments, entity documents, and perform date-downs on commitments.
- Prepare updated title commitments and supplemental reports.
- Record documents and support real estate transactions as part of a production center, branch office, or title team.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma required.
- 2–3 years of experience in the title industry.
- Experience reviewing title commitments and related documentation.
- Ability to examine titles and identify legal conditions affecting property ownership.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Experience on the commercial side of the title business.
- Familiarity with AIM , Data Trace, and Data Tree.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple title files.
Pay Rate Range: $27.97 – $28.67 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
