Job Description

  • Provide nationwide title services.
  • Support real estate transactions by searching public records.
  • Examine titles for properties to determine the legal condition of property titles.
  • Work as part of a production center, branch office, or as a member of a title team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to review title commitments, entity documents, date down commitments, provide updated commitments/supplemental reports, and record documents.
  • 2-3 years in the title business, preferably on the commercial side.
  • Familiarity with AIM , Data Trace, and Data Tree.
