Minimum Requirements:

- 2-years of leadership or shift supervisor experience in production/manufacturing

- Demonstrated experience leading and communicating with teams and individuals

- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and training

- Experience managing personal and team efficiency and time schedules

- Computer operation experience

- High School Diploma/GED

Job Duties:

- Oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts

- Assign duties to employees on shift and follow up on the work

- Facilitate the training and development of the team and individuals

- Manage work schedule, time-off requests and handle last-minute absences

- Manage Production, inventory accuracy and Loss tracking

- Enforce the standards for the business

- Coordinate maintenance activities with the crew

- Ensure health and safety standards are followed

- Resolve conflicts between workers and shifts

- Check equipment to ensure proper function and safety

- Foster and maintain a positive work environment

- Ensure the resources needed for the shift are available

- Drive positive changes for the business and the team

- Manage shift changes

- Ensure Quality Control is carried out on the shift

- Provide coverage and fill in as needed

- Champion OEE data capture and improvement work for the team

- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. in an indoor/outdoor manufacturing factory environment with exposure to wood dust, machinery, and sound.

You will ensure all aspects of your site run smoothly and effectively with a willingness to 'roll up our sleeves' and work along side the team.

Wages, Hours and Benefits:

$29 to 31$ per hour Depending on Experience

12 hour shift position 6:00 am to 6:30 pm and will follow a 3/4, 4/3 shift pattern. Saturday and Sunday required. (Possible modified schedule during training period).

AND

6pm - 6:30am, rotating days of the week.
