Job Summary: The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional studio experience. This position ensures a welcoming atmosphere, assists with daily operations, and helps maintain a clean and professional environment. By engaging with clients and supporting the studio’s community, the Front Desk Associate contributes to client retention and membership growth.
Role Goals
- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in experience for all clients.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support client retention by fostering positive relationships and celebrating milestones.
- Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Effectively support the Studio Manager in daily tasks and operational needs.
- Promote membership conversions through positive engagement and education on studio offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the studio according to studio procedures.
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a seamless and friendly experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, studio, and common areas.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing and folding towels.
- Set up and organize the 105-degree heated room between classes, which entails setting up instructor's desired props for 40 clients, moving mats, and sanitizing props, mats, and high-touch areas.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in studio promotions, special events, and milestone celebrations for clients.
- Uphold studio policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and professional environment.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of studio operations and Pilates (or a willingness to learn).
- Open availability preferred.
