Role Description This full-time, on-site Plumber role is based in San Diego, CA. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and multi-unit properties, including water and sewer lines, fixtures, and appliances. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, executing re-pipes and renovations, and ensuring all work meets safety and building code standards. The role also involves drain cleaning, jetting, sewer cleaning, slab leak detection and repair, and water heater installation and replacement. The Plumber will interact directly with customers, provide clear explanations of work and pricing, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality, transparency, and reliable service.
Qualifications
- Strong plumbing skills and experience with pipes, fixtures, and related systems.
- Demonstrated ability in maintenance and repair, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully on-site.
- Relevant certifications or licenses for plumbing work in California.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and best practices for residential and multi-unit properties.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete jobs to a high standard.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for traveling to job sites within San Diego County.
- Previous experience in a service-oriented plumbing or property maintenance environment preferred.
