Executive Producer / Sales Lead
WORKPRODUCT is looking for a senior sales-driven Executive Producer or Business Development lead with deep experience across 360 marketing, integrated campaigns, and modern creative production.
We’re looking for someone who understands how today’s brand work comes together across digital, social, experiential, content, film, activations, technology, and integrated launch moments. The right person knows how to open doors, build trust, identify opportunities, manage a disciplined sales pipeline, and turn conversations into meaningful creative production work.

This is a remote role, but candidates should be local to Los Angeles. Some travel will be required for client meetings, pitches, productions, and industry events.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with agencies, brands, and creative partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead sales conversations from initial outreach through close
- Manage pipeline, outreach, follow-ups, and tracking through CRM tools
- Identify opportunities across 360 marketing, digital, experiential, and production work
- Collaborate with creative/production teams to shape scopes and budgets
- Represent WORKPRODUCT with clarity, taste, and confidence
- Travel as needed for client meetings, pitches, and industry events
Qualifications
- 10 years in sales, business development, or revenue growth
- 5 years in marketing, advertising, or creative production
- Strong existing agency and brand relationships
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience selling 360 marketing, digital, and experiential campaigns
- Ability to translate client needs into production opportunities
- Comfortable discussing budgets, scopes, and creative ambition
- Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and collaborative
- Based in the Los Angeles area
