Fitness Director – Workout Anytime Englewood

We’re looking for a Fitness Director to lead from the front inside one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the country — Workout Anytime 24/7.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver high-quality Success Sessions and personal training
• Drive PT revenue, retention, and member experience
• Execute and oversee group training, onboarding, and coaching standards
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results
• Work closely with the GM to hit club production goals
• Help members find the best path for their fitness journey through coaching and connection
• Be hands-on daily — this is a lead-from-the-front role
  
  

Schedule Expectations

• 6 days per week required
• Flexible scheduling based on club needs and peak hours
• Must be available for evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
• Strong personality with the ability to lead, motivate, and connect
• Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others win
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
