Overview:
As the first face our members see, you’ll create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, managing check-ins, and keeping our front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests
  
  
• Give tours and explain membership options
  
  
• Answer phones and assist with sales/retail purchases
  
  
• Keep the front desk clean and organized
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

🏋️ Fitness Director

Overview:
Lead our Personal Training department and help members achieve their goals while developing and supporting a team of trainers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the Personal Training staff
  
  
• Develop programs and drive PT revenue
  
  
• Assist with member onboarding and fitness consultations
  
  
• Support club operations and special events
  
  

Requirements:

• Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
  
  
• 1 year of management experience
  
  
• Outgoing personality and leadership skills
  
  

💥 Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Overview:
We’re seeking passionate trainers and instructors to inspire members through one-on-one sessions and/or group classes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and design customized programs
  
  
• Lead engaging group classes (HIIT, strength, yoga, spin, etc.)
  
  
• Motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques
  
  
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Nationally accredited certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NCCA equivalent)
