Packaging Associate
- Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
- Packaging Associate - Days
- Pay: $17.00 per hour| Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Duties: Finish and package Thermal Transfer Ribbons (TTR), operate packaging machines, supply materials, pack products, complete basic data entry, and assist with cross-training and general production tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred, packaging or assembly experience a plus, basic computer skills, ability to follow instructions. Drug test and background check required.
Slitter Machine Operator
Pay: $17-$18/hr | Schedule: 12-hr 2-2-3 rotation ( 5:45 AM–6:00 PM) or (5:45 PM -6:00 PM
Slitter Machine Operator Summary:
Operate slitting machines to produce TTR rolls per order specifications and meet production targets.
Slitter Machine Operator Duties:
- Set up and operate slitting machines per manual and supervisor direction
- Supply materials and remove finished product
- Cross-train on various machines
- Recommend productivity improvements
- Assist in training
- Perform other assigned tasks
Coating Technician
Pay: $19–$20/hr | Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 5:30 PM–6:15 AM (must train on days)
Coating Technician Summary:
Operate coating machines to produce properly coated ink ribbon.
Coating Technician Duties:
- Load rolls, mix chemicals, and maintain material levels
- Perform machine changeovers and cleaning
- Sample/test jumbo rolls
- Palletize, label, and store rolls
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Measure/charge raw materials into production devices
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks
Maintenance Technician
Pay: $23.50-$24.50/hr | Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 5:30 PM–6:15 AM. Must be available to train on day shift (5:30 AM – 6:15 PM).
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform routine and minor equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems
- Diagnose issues to prevent downtime and shutdowns
- Work with outside contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Install, adjust, and maintain motors, wiring, switches, PLCs, and related equipment
- Inspect machinery regularly and assist with new equipment installation
- Complete repairs under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
- Perform other Maintenance Technician duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field or 5 years of related experience
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or multiple maintenance trades
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with automated production equipment required
- Slitting and coating process experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and Hazmat physical
- Must be able to wear respiratory protection
