Concrete Finisher/Form Carpenter
- Location: Johnstown, PA
- Payrate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (some Saturday and overtime available)
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Finisher/Form Carpenter to join our team. This position is responsible for setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other concrete structures. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with general construction and excavation duties as needed.
- Set and align concrete forms to proper grade and depth
- Spread, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces
- Use hand and power tools including trowels, screeds, saws, and vibrators
- Cut expansion joints and repair damaged concrete areas
- Assist with excavation, drainage installation, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
- Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently and on time
- Other duties as assigned
What are the Job Requirements?
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Must pass drug testing
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Must pass physical and random drug testing
- Must have experience with concrete finishing
