You'll lead IT projects that make work simpler, smarter, and faster, turning manual processes into digital systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools. From automating workflows to building dashboards that tell a story, you'll be the bridge between data, people, and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end IT projects that improve workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, gather requirements, and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Design, test, and implement process automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Lists.
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Support SQL Server database work, data modeling, relational structures, and integrity checks.
- Experiment with AI fundamentals to enhance automation and analytics.
- Track timelines, manage project documentation, and keep communication flowing across teams.
Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating IT and automation projects.
- Hands-on skills with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures.
- Strong communication and organization skills, you can speak both business and tech.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Curiosity about AI and how to integrate it into everyday workflows.
- PMP, CBAP, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
