As a growing, state-of-the-art commercial print, design, and mail house, we handle everything from offset and digital printing to wide-format signage, promotional products, custom apparel, and complex mailing services. We are looking for an industry veteran to join our team and help us continue to deliver "Best in Class" solutions to our clients.
The Role
This isn’t just an "order entry" job. You will be the bridge between our clients’ visions and our production floor. As an Inside Account Representative, you will manage projects from the initial quote to the final proof, ensuring every job- whether it’s a direct mail campaign, helping design an Annual Report, or a fleet of custom shirts- is executed perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of print orders: intake specs, provide quotes, review print-ready files, and move jobs into production.
- Consultative Service: Understand customer needs to recommend the best printing and mailing solutions.
- Quality Control: Perform detailed proofreading and prepare/organize jobs to ensure production-ready accuracy.
- Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Graphic Design and Production teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Client Advocacy: Interface with both long-standing accounts and new customers to provide a seamless experience.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Experience (Required): You must have prior experience in a commercial print or "quick print" environment.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Excel is a major plus.
- Estimating Software: Familiarity with Xebra (Xetex), PrintSmith, Printer’s Plan, or similar MIS/Estimating software is a significant asset.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who catches the typo that everyone else missed.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a busy environment and can pivot between different types of projects (Offset, Digital, Wide-Format, ASI, etc.) with ease.
