You will be at the center of advancing the data and reporting experience for program managers, working collaboratively with clients, customer excellence, business analytics, and engineering to deliver products that provide high visibility into recognition program data and performance.

The Opportunity
Workhuman is seeking a Product Manager to join our product team dedicated to the Program Manager persona experience on the Workhuman platform. You will be at the center of advancing the data and reporting experience for program managers, working collaboratively with clients, customer excellence, business analytics, and engineering to deliver products that provide high visibility into recognition program data and performance.
- This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office
- Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
- You will have the opportunity to shape Program Manager reporting product features from ideation through go-to-market, with customer adoption and usability being a key focus.
- The ability to interact directly with key customers to understand and solve their problems and opportunities
- A high-visibility product space ripe with opportunities to meaningfully advance the experience
- A chance to increase your AI expertise and explore how AI capabilities can evolve the experience
- A strategic mindset for expanding product offerings and identifying key customer problems to solve
- A understanding of data infrastructure and how different data types interact with different types of software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to appropriately navigate client conversations and appropriately set people’s expectations
- Passion for innovation, deriving fulfillment from driving innovation and continuous improvement
- A bias for action with a sense of ownership and accountability for driving results
- Strong organization skills with the ability to coordinate work across multiple groups
- Demonstrated ability to create clear product strategies from scratch, achieving executive buy-in for new product functionality
- Has led highly cross-functional initiatives where several stakeholders have requirements that need to be balanced/solved for
- Successful delivery of data products
- Has worked with enterprise clients, effectively distilling their needs and delivering on roadmaps to meet them
