Responsibilities

  • Write and refine UI copy across onboarding, features, settings, and education
  • Collaborate with design on messaging strategies and execution
  • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and localization on feature development, naming, and content quality
  • Work with engineers on errors, states, and edge cases
  • Coordinate with producers and writing managers to prioritize work

Requirements

  • 8 years of UX writing or UX design experience
  • Strong ability to write from scratch, edit existing copy, and simplify complex concepts
  • Experience crafting user journeys and working within established patterns
  • Proficiency with Figma/Sketch and creating functional specs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and integrate feedback from diverse partners
