Responsibilities
- Lead diverse productions—including live events, photo shoots, brand activations, campaigns, and touring programs—from planning through execution.
- Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, activation decks, proposals, and other project materials.
- Lead internal teams, vendors, partners, talent, and junior staff while maintaining alignment on priorities, deliverables, and schedules.
- Oversee logistics including permitting, licensing, venues, catering, AV/lighting, travel, talent coordination, and onsite operations across domestic and international markets.
- Lead meetings, presentations, venue walkthroughs, production calls, and live-event execution; proactively resolve production challenges.
- 10 years of experience in event production, experiential production, or a related field, with a track record of managing complex projects end to end.
- Strong expertise in event logistics, onsite execution, vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, permitting, licensing, talent, AV/lighting, catering, and travel coordination.
- Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and comfortable translating creative concepts into executable plans with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple productivity platforms, particularly Excel, Keynote, Word, Mail, and Calendar; valid passport and driver’s license required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
