Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including maintaining active calendars, scheduling calls and meetings, filing, scanning, copying, faxing, printing, screening correspondence, and distributing mail.
- Assist with Board and Committee meetings and logistics, including compiling and distributing Board and Committee books, and managing the Diligent Board Portal.
- Communicate with senior management and the Board of Directors on scheduling and administrative matters with discretion and promptness.
- Draft form documents and cover letters, handle word processing and run redlines as directed.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- BS/BA degree required; Paralegal certificate or legal experience is a plus.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in office administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in a legal environment strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
