Responsibilities
- Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, necessary approvals, and proper coding
- Processing the inflow of invoices via email, mail, and vendor portals
- Data Entry of invoices
- Corresponding and resolving AP inquiries quickly and accurately for both internal and external parties
- Collecting 1099 from new vendor to set up in Dynamics 365 and BlueCherry
- Minimum 1-3 years accounting experience, with 2-3 years in the Apparel industry
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of BlueCherry a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels of management
- Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter, and takes ownership of work
