- Set up and maintain the hot serving line for breakfast and lunch, including hot wells and heat lamps.
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and equipment according to HACCP practices; store items as directed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, serving, storage, and work areas; sweep and mop floors as needed.
- Remove garbage safely and maintain assigned storage areas and equipment.
- Stock inventory and perform other cleaning, sanitation, and kitchen support duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of HACCP practices for handling dishware and food deliveries.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
