Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Senior Artist to develop unique and original textile prints and graphics for licensed fashion apparel.
- Produce print ready repeats from licensed artwork, editing, recoloring and matching colors to Pantone standards.
- Design and redesign badge graphics using Licensor assets.
- Use Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare, modify, and resize artwork; collaborating with product development and design team to articulates printing and design techniques to factories.
- Create original character illustrations for various licensed properties in a wide range of styles.
- Certification or education in graphic arts or illustration required.
- 3 years of graphic design work experience in a wholesale/vertical business.
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to hand draw or recreate artwork based on given style and techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and all creative techniques in relation to silk screening, embroidery, sublimation, embellishment, woven plaids and dying treatments.
