- Drive seasonal print and color strategies for both apparel and home categories, crafting unique prints that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Partner with the Design Director to develop original designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilize knowledge of vendor capabilities and fabric construction to address considerations like pattern repeats and color limitations.
- Continuously explore and analyze emerging print and color trends for relevant and competitive designs.
- Assist in preparing brand presentations, trend boards, and maintaining the print and woven library.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for print and pattern development.
- Strong sense of color, detail, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 3–4 years of relevant industry experience in print design; CAD design is a must.
