Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end monitoring of EDI documents between the organization and its customers
  • Identify invoice discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend technical solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoicing and master data
  • Analyze and define EDI requirements for clients, including unique or non-standard scenarios
  • Lead process design and documentation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and test new systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or similar middleware/EAI systems
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including SAP (R3/S4), Accounts Receivable, Pricing, Cash Application, and Master Data Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
