- Identify available audio and video source materials and coordinate distribution to creative teams, finishing vendors, and production partners
- Track media deliveries for offline editorial, finishing, and final production of trailers, promotional assets, and marketing deliverables
- Create, manage, and update Media Orders outlining asset requirements, deliverables, and production expectations
- Maintain accurate metadata and revise asset records and work orders as needed
- Partner cross-functionally to make preview assets and marketing materials available to internal stakeholders
- 5–7 years of experience working with digital media in a post-production environment
- Strong understanding of film and television production and post-production workflows
- 3 years of experience working within Digital Asset Management (DAM) or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of digital video and audio file formats, media specifications, and deliverables
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
