Responsibilities
- Identify available audio and video source materials and coordinate distribution to creative agencies, editors, finishing vendors, and post-production teams.
- Track asset deliveries and ensure vendors receive the correct content and most current editorial versions for production needs.
- Create, manage, and distribute media orders outlining deliverables, asset requirements, and production expectations.
- Maintain and update metadata to ensure accuracy across asset management systems and workflows.
- Communicate delivery issues including missing, corrupt, or incorrect files and coordinate resolutions with content suppliers.
- 3–5 years of experience working with digital media assets in a post-production, entertainment marketing, studio, agency, or vendor environment
- General understanding of film, television, marketing, production, and post-production workflows
- 3 years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), Production Asset Management (PAM), or similar systems
- Strong understanding of digital video and audio formats, file specifications, and media deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
