Responsibilities
- Build and support data control tower capabilities (dashboards, monitoring, exception management)
- Enable cross-system visibility and alignment (PLM ↔ ERP)
- Drive AI workstream based on direction from Head-EDG, including identifying use cases, prototyping solutions (agents, copilots, workflows), and partnering with IT/Engineering to scale solutions
- Lead and manage EDG and cross-functional programs (scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment)
- Drive automation of data workflows and improve data quality and processes
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of experience in data, business analysis, program management, or enterprise systems
- Experience with SAP and/or PLM (3DX)
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments
- Experience in AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives, including prototyping use cases
- Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data across systems
