- Lead a current-state assessment of existing data management processes and governance practices.
- Conduct a gap analysis between current MDM capabilities and target-state MDG capabilities.
- Evaluate SAP MDG and comparable solutions against business needs and operations requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define the target-state data governance operating model.
- Support business case development for MDG including scope, value, implementation approach, and risks.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 to 10 years of experience in data management or governance roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including workflow and data quality.
- Experience supporting or implementing MDM/MDG platforms, preferably SAP MDG.
- Strong knowledge of SAP data processes across relevant domains.
- Ability to translate business needs into data governance and system requirements.
