Responsibilities
- Support an experiential fragrance brand activation at a college campus event, including setup and post-event breakdown.
- Prepare giveaways, samples, beverages, uniforms, and the activation space before the event.
- Provide friendly, professional guest support and general assistance throughout the activation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging event environment in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
- Distribute remaining samples and beverages around campus after the activation; Production Assistants work 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, while Brand Ambassadors work 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Outgoing, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor event environment.
- Friendly and engaging when interacting with students and event attendees.
- Able to assist with event setup, breakdown, and moving event materials as needed.
- Brand Ambassadors must be comfortable walking around campus to distribute samples and beverages.
