This is a 360° commercial role, where you'll manage the full customer journey: from product demonstrations and closing new business to hospital implementations, onboarding, and ongoing account management. You'll work closely with healthcare providers and medical device companies to drive adoption of innovative technology across the US.

You'll work closely with healthcare providers and medical device companies to drive adoption of innovative technology across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to contract signature.
- Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
- Support hospital implementations, go-lives, onboarding, and user training.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring successful adoption and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support commercial initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry conferences.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare technology.
- Experience managing customers throughout the full commercial journey—from sales to implementation and account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company where you'll wear multiple hats.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- Willingness to travel across the US (approximately 2–3 trips per month).
- Experience working with hospitals or surgical environments.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
- Based in the Midwest or West Coast (preferred, but not required).
