We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across various departments, focusing on quality control and efficient workflow management. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to coordinate tasks effectively to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
Plans and oversees the knit production and its related activities.
Monitor knitting production, from yarn allocation to knit goods inventory
Assigns new orders to knitting machines
Prepare and deploy knitting documents for production
Monitors yarn allocation to knit floor
Monitors knit machine efficiencies and production
Works closely and communicate effectively with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing and Quality Assurance personnel
Creates; organizes; and maintains all documentation related to knit production.
Ensures that yarn samples and knit set ups are tested in QA lab for all knit production.
Assists with the yam and roll goods inventory
Assists production planning standards
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, Excel experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communicate skills
Must be capable of making decisions - OK or NG, then making appropriate adjustments
Must have strong organizational skills
