Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including staff scheduling and task allocation
- Provide hands-on training to team members and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor employee performance and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or team supervision (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic data tracking, reporting, or inventory systems is an asset
