Workforce Enterprises is looking for a dispatcher to work out of our Redlands facility.
The dispatcher will coordinate routes and communicate with vendors.
Schedule: Monday - Friday with weekends. OT and Holidays

Typical responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and dispatching truck routes
- Communicating with drivers and security crews
- Monitoring pickups and deliveries
- Tracking vehicles and delivery times
- Responding to route delays or security issues
- Maintaining logs and shipment records
- Coordinating emergency procedures when needed
Skills commonly needed:
- Strong communication
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Computer and tracking systems knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of security procedures
Truckmate is a plus
Microsoft computer experience is required
Excel experience is required
