We are seeking an energetic Bilingual Spanish -On Site Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for providing On-site support to our client!
Schedule- M-F-1st shift, Overtime and Weekends are required.
This position will be responsible for all onsite tasks, with a primary focus on recruiting and building a pipeline for the client. Experience with HR , onboarding and training.
Role and Responsibilities
Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, and weekends as needed
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: Ruther Glen,VA
- Requirement: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with ample recruiting experience.
- Must have high volume recruitment experience.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of staffing related experience, preferably in a previous onsite management or supervisor role
