What You'll Be Doing

• Find Great Talent: Proactively recruit qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Interview & Select: Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, evaluate skills, and match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Make Placements Happen: Move candidates efficiently through recruiting, screening, onboarding, and job placement.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with associates, clients, and community partners.
• Own Your Recruiting Pipeline: Keep qualified candidates ready for opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, administrative, and professional positions.
• Be a Problem Solver: Handle unexpected challenges, last-minute staffing needs, and changing priorities with urgency and professionalism.
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed recruiting, placement, retention, and service goals.
• Keep People Working: Follow up with associates, resolve issues, and help ensure successful long-term placements.
• Work as a Team: Partner closely with our sales and recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, drive, and determination.

• Fluent in English and Spanish — required.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, conducting interviews, and engaging with people throughout the day.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence using computers, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms.
• A sense of urgency — you understand that speed matters in staffing.
• A competitive mindset and a desire to achieve measurable results.
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
