Delphi Healthcare has partnered with a facility that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join our team in Meadville, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, performing endoscopic procedures, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a variety of gastrointestinal conditions.
- Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, upper GI endoscopies, and other relevant diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in hospital call rotation and outpatient clinic hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
