Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitoring patients’ health status and reporting any changes promptly.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Requirements
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
