We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team providing quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions
• Follow infection control standards and facility policies

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
