We have an immediate opening for a front desk and customer service associate in the Livermore, CA area. We are seeking a candidate that enjoys interacting with people both in person, over the phone and through email. Qualifications and duties for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills and experience using MS Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow up on items
- Duties include answering busy phones, greeting visitors to the facility in person and directing the calls and visitors to the appropriate internal contacts
