About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated attorney to handle a variety of cases, represent clients in hearings and negotiations, and drive successful case outcomes. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of attorneys and staff while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented environment. No experience required, training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception to resolution
• Represent clients in depositions
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct case evaluations, settlement negotiations, and provide legal advice
• Stay current with workers’ compensation and employment law developments
• Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on case strategies
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar License
• No experience required, training provided!
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, in-person role based in Glendale, CA
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
• Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
