Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception to resolution
- Represent clients in depositions
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct case evaluations, settlement negotiations, and provide legal advice
- Stay current with workers’ compensation and employment law developments
- Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on case strategies
- Active California Bar License
- No experience required, training provided!
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually bonuses
